I'm Keerthana, a Principal Product Designer based in the US, currently at Oracle Health designing clinical AI agents and the no-code platform that powers them.

My work sits at the intersection of enterprise AI, conversational UX, and human-in-the-loop systems — where the design challenge isn't just making something usable, but making something trustworthy enough for people to act on in high-stakes moments.

Before healthcare, I spent 8 years at Oracle Advertising designing data-heavy enterprise products — ad intelligence platforms, brand safety tools, and revenue-generating data pipelines. Before that, I was a software engineer in quality, which is a fancy way of saying I spent years finding exactly how products break. It's made me a better designer.

I hold a Master's in Information Technology / HCI from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from BITS Pilani.

I use AI tools extensively in my work, not as a novelty, but as a genuine thinking partner. For research, requirements, brainstorming, and building faster. It shows in what I ship.
